Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a global score of 58.1, which is a little bit better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA's 57.3 score. Even though the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Motorola XOOM CDMA were released only a couple of months apart, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is extremely thinner and way lighter. Both tablets in this review include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 10.1 has 4.0.4 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, so it provides a lot of extra features.

The Motorola XOOM CDMA has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with a little more vivid display than Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of them have a display of the same size, the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 and the same amount of pixels per display inch.

The Motorola XOOM CDMA has a superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 32 GB. The Motorola XOOM CDMA takes a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has higher 30 frames per second video frame rates and a way more megapixels camera in the back.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a very superior battery performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
