The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a overall score of 65 against 57.3. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a newer 4.1 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) body is newer, thinner and lighter than Motorola XOOM CDMA.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a bit faster processing unit than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also has an additional GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a little more vivid display than Motorola XOOM CDMA. They have the same quantity of pixels in each display inch, a same size display and the same exact 800 x 1280px resolution.
