The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a overall score of 65.9 against 57.3. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's design is way newer, way lighter and notably thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has 4.2 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version, so it provides lots of additional features and enhanced performance.
