Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has an overall score of 66.5, which is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA's global score of 57.3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 design is newer, noticeably thinner and extremely lighter than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, offering lots of additional features and improved performance.
Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 features a better display than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has a much smaller screen and a lot lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels per screen inch. Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with a bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has a SD card slot that allows up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a better performing CPU than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has 512 MB more RAM memory and an additional graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a really longer battery life than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
