The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a general score of 67.8 against 57.3. These tablets come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, providing a couple additional features and enhanced performance.
