Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a general score of 67.8 against 57.3. These tablets come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, providing a couple additional features and enhanced performance. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's body is way newer, notably lighter and noticeably thinner than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a bit better CPU than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has an extra graphics processor, 2 more cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a slightly better looking screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA. They have the same pixels density, exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution and a same size screen.
Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has a way better resolution camera. The Motorola XOOM CDMA features a better memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
