Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also notably lighter and extremely thinner than Motorola XOOM CDMA.

Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a bit superior processor than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has 2 more cpu cores and more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a more vivid display than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has a lot smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per screen inch.
