The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, getting a 63.5 score against 57.3. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter tablet than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. These tablets have the same Android 4.0 OS.
