The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is much better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, getting a 79 score against 57.3. Both tablets in this review use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has the newer 10 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version, giving you some extra features and performance improvements. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3's construction is way newer, lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a more vivid screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixel quantity per inch of display and a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution. Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that allows up to 1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a much better performing CPU than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has more RAM memory and 6 more processing cores. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a really longer battery life than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
