Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a 64.9 score against 57.3. Both tablets we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version, providing some additional features and improved performance. Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is a incredibly newer tablet, and it is also extremely lighter and thinner than Motorola XOOM CDMA.

Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a little better processing power than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. Motorola XOOM CDMA has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a bit worse number of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also counts with a bigger screen.
