Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a lot better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a 74.3 score against 57.3. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a a lot newer device, and it is also extremely lighter and incredibly thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has newer 4.4.2 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much more vibrant display than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a little bigger screen, a lot higher pixel amount per inch of display and a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a greater hardware performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a superior battery life than Motorola XOOM CDMA.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with just a bit better camera than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a much better (Full HD) video definition and a much more MP camera in the back.
