Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a score of 82.1, which is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA's 57.3 score. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a newer 14 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, so it gives lots of additional features. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra construction is thinner and a little bit lighter than the Motorola XOOM CDMA.

The Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has lesser CPU cores and 11 GB less RAM memory.
