Galaxy Tab S9 is better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a score of 64.1 against 57.3. The Galaxy Tab S9 construction is noticeably newer, extremely lighter and incredibly thinner than Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab S9 has the newer 13 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version.

The Motorola XOOM CDMA has a much greater processing power than Galaxy Tab S9, although it has less CPU cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory. Motorola XOOM CDMA features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, although it has a little bit smaller screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 counts with a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has 96 GB more internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1 TB.

The Galaxy Tab S9 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a lot more MP back facing camera. Galaxy Tab S9 counts with a really longer battery performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
