The Xperia Z2 Tablet is way better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a score of 69.8 against 57.3. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the Xperia Z2 Tablet has a more recent 4.4.4 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, so it gives you lots of additional features. Xperia Z2 Tablet's body is noticeably newer, noticeably lighter and thinner than Motorola XOOM CDMA.

Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet features a much better processing power than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a graphics processing unit, a greater number of cores (and also faster) and 2 GB more RAM. Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a lot better looking screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a lot higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and a much better display density.
