The Xperia Z4 Tablet is much better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a global score of 74.7 against 57.3. The Xperia Z4 Tablet is a much thinner and much lighter portable tablet than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Xperia Z4 Tablet has newer 5.0 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0.
