The iPad 4 is a lot better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a global score of 70.8 against 55.1. The iPad 4 design is much thinner and a bit lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. The iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi counts with Android 4.1.2 OS. The iPad 4 counts with a better performing processor than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores, the iPad 4 also has a graphics processing unit.
Apple iPad 4 counts with a much better display than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of display and a lot higher 1536 x 2048px resolution. IPad 4 is way more expensive than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
