The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has an overall score of 62.7, which is much better than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi's score of 55.1. Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD's construction is newer, incredibly thinner and incredibly lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. These devices have Android OS, but Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has the previous 4.0 version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version.

The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD counts with a more vivid display than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a same size display, the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD also has way more pixels per inch in the display and a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB.

Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has a little bit better performance than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD also has a higher number of cores. The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has a much longer battery performance than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi takes clearer photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, although it has a much lower 5 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a much worse (HD) video resolution.
