Huawei MediaPad X2 is a a lot newer device, and it is also noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. These tablets come with Android operating system, but Huawei MediaPad X2 has the newer 5.0 version and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2.
