Lenovo ThinkPad 10 has a score of 62.5, which is much better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi's score of 55.1. The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 counts with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 operating system. The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 design is incredibly newer, way thinner and somewhat lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

Lenovo ThinkPad 10 counts with a much better looking screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Lenovo ThinkPad 10 also has a way greater pixels amount per display inch and a lot higher 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution. Lenovo ThinkPad 10 features much more storage for games and applications than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory.

Lenovo ThinkPad 10 counts with a quite superior hardware performance than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
