Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a bit faster processing unit than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE also has a graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a bit sharper screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a lot smaller display and a much lower resolution of 600 x 1024px, it also counts with a just a little better pixel quantity per screen inch.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a way better battery life than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.
