The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, getting a 60.8 score against 55.1. Even though Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi were released with only a few months difference, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is incredibly lighter and extremely thinner. Both of these tablets include the same Android 4.1.2 OS (operating system).

Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features a bit better CPU than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. Both have a Dual-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a bit better looking screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a really smaller screen and a lot lower 600 x 1024px resolution, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen.

The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi takes a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same 1280x720 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi also has a camera in the back with way more mega pixels. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a slightly better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 64 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a really longer battery performance than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is more expensive than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
