The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is much better than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, having a 64.8 score against 55.1. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7's design is way thinner and lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, even though they were released only 7 months apart. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has the older 4.0.4 version and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2.

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a bit faster processing unit than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have 2 CPU cores and a 1 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has a graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a sharper screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 also counts with a better count of pixels per inch of display.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a lot more expensive than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
