Comparison review
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is slightly better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a 57.6 score against 55.1. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version, providing the user a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's body is a lot newer, a lot thinner and way lighter than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a better looking display than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a much better display pixel density. The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has just a bit more storage to install applications and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a faster CPU than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a larger number of cores (and also faster) and more RAM. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a way better battery lifetime than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a greater camera than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a much better resolution camera and a lot higher (Full HD) video quality.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is not only the best tablets in our comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest, which makes this tablet an obvious call.
