Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is just a bit better than the Motorola XOOM, getting a score of 60.8 against 55.9. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's body is notably newer, a lot lighter and thinner than Motorola XOOM. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a newer 4.2.2 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0, so it provides the user some additional features and better performance.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with an incredibly better screen than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a lot better screen pixels density.
