IPod touch 6th generation is much better than Motorola XOOM, having a 65.6 score against 55.9. The iPod touch 6th generation is a way newer tablet, and it is also a lot lighter and thinner than the Motorola XOOM. IPod touch 6th generation has iOS 12.x operating system, while Motorola XOOM works with Android 4.0 operating system.
The Apple iPod touch 6th generation has a much sharper display than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a way smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 640 x 1136px, it also counts with a lot better pixels amount per inch of screen. The iPod touch 6th generation counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola XOOM, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
