Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than Motorola XOOM, getting a overall score of 75.8 against 55.9. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 version. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) body is notably newer, extremely lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola XOOM.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a much sharper display than Motorola XOOM, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has a way greater pixels number per inch in the display and a much better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a lot more expensive than Motorola XOOM, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
