Comparison review

Galaxy Tab is just a bit better than Motorola XOOM, with a 58.6 score against 55.9. Even when the Galaxy Tab and the Motorola XOOM were only released 6 months apart, the Galaxy Tab is just a little thinner and extremely lighter. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab has older 2.3.3 version and Motorola XOOM has Android 4.0 version.

Galaxy Tab has a slightly better display than Motorola XOOM, because although it has a lot lower 600 x 1024px resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater number of pixels per screen inch. The Motorola XOOM counts with a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab. Both of them have equal internal storage.

The Motorola XOOM features a bit faster processor than Galaxy Tab, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Motorola XOOM captures better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab, because it has a way higher 5 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a way better 1280x720 video resolution.

Samsung Galaxy Tab has a superior battery performance than Motorola XOOM.

Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy Tab is also by far the cheapest.
