Comparison review
The Apple iPad 4 is a little bit better than Lumia 2520, with a score of 70.8 against 68.6. Apple iPad 4 has iOS 7.x operating system, and Lumia 2520 has Windows RT 8.1 operating system. The Apple iPad 4 is a just a little thicker and just a little bit heavier tablet device than the Lumia 2520. Lumia 2520 counts with a bit better CPU than iPad 4, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory, a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and a much better graphics co-processor.
The Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with a little bit better screen than iPad 4, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels density and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a quite larger screen. IPad 4 has a much better memory to store more games and applications than Nokia Lumia 2520, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with a very superior battery duration than Apple iPad 4. The Nokia Lumia 2520 has just a bit better camera than iPad 4, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Nokia Lumia 2520 also has a much more megapixels camera in the back and a way larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photos.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Nokia Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Nokia Lumia 2520. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Nokia Lumia 2520, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
