The Google Pixel Slate has a global score of 79.3, which is better than Lumia 2520's score of 68.6. Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS operating system, and Lumia 2520 works with Windows RT 8.1 operating system. Google Pixel Slate is a a lot newer and thinner tablet than Lumia 2520, but it is also somewhat heavier.
The Lumia 2520 counts with a little more vivid display than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a way worse display pixels density and a bit smaller display, it also counts with way more brightness. Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with a little bit better performance than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and more cpu cores.
The Google Pixel Slate takes a little bit better videos and photos than Lumia 2520, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Google Pixel Slate also has a camera in the back with a better 8 MP resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and video in low light environments.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lumia 2520. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Lumia 2520, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
