The Nokia N1 has a score of 66, which is slightly better than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's 62.3 general score. The Nokia N1 is a a little thinner but just a little heavier tablet than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but Nokia N1 has the newer 5.0 version and Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has Android 4.4 version, counting with some nice extra features and performance tweaks.

Nokia N1 has a little sharper display than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels in each screen inch and a bit higher 2048 x 1536 resolution. The Nokia N1 counts with just a little better performance than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has a weaker GPU working at 600 megahertz and less processing cores , and they both have the same RAM amount, the Nokia N1 also counts with a 64-bit processor.

Nokia N1 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has a lot better resolution back-facing camera. The Nokia N1 counts with a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity.

The Nokia N1 features longer battery duration than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has a 31% bigger battery capacity.

Although Nokia N1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Nokia N1, else you can save some dollars and buy the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, giving up a couple features and specs.
