Comparison review
Nokia N1 is a bit better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, getting a general score of 66 against 60.8. Nokia N1 is a newer and notably thinner tablet than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, but it is also a little bit heavier. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but Nokia N1 has newer 5.0 version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a bit more vivid screen than Nokia N1, although it has a quite lower 1200 x 1920 resolution, a quite inferior number of pixels per inch of display and a little smaller display. Nokia N1 counts with a bit better CPU than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM memory and 4 CPU cores, the Nokia N1 also has a 64-bits CPU and a much better GPU working at 600 MHz.
Nokia N1 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Nokia N1, because it has 64 GB internal memory. The Nokia N1 counts with a very superior battery performance than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
Although Nokia N1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Nokia N1, else you can save some money and get the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, giving up a couple features and specs.
