Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is way better than Nvidia SHIELD, having a 72.2 score against 54.3. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a way heavier tablet than the Nvidia SHIELD, but they are 0.36inches thick. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Nvidia SHIELD comes with Android OS. The Nvidia SHIELD counts with a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster).
The Nvidia SHIELD counts with a little more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a way smaller display, it also counts with a higher quantity of pixels per screen inch.
