Galaxy Tab A (2016) has an overall score of 60.4, which is better than the Nvidia SHIELD's overall score of 54.3. Galaxy Tab A (2016) is a extremely lighter and just a little bit thinner tablet than Nvidia SHIELD. Nvidia SHIELD features a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a little bit bigger display, a much higher 1920 x 1200 resolution and a greater display pixels density.

The Nvidia SHIELD has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Nvidia SHIELD also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) has just a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Nvidia SHIELD, although it has just 8 GB internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) features a way better battery life than Nvidia SHIELD. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) takes slightly better photographs and videos than Nvidia SHIELD. Both have a 5 mega pixels back-facing camera.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy Tab A (2016) is also very cheap compared to the other devices.
