Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 69.2, which is much better than OnePlus Pad 2's 58.4 overall score. Both tablets we compare here have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has newer 4.4.2 version and OnePlus Pad 2 has Android 14 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a much older and somewhat thicker tablet than the OnePlus Pad 2, but Samsung managed to build it notably lighter anyway.

The OnePlus Pad 2 has a brighter screen than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a much larger display, a way better screen density and a lot better 2120 x 3000 resolution. OnePlus Pad 2 has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.

Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a much better performing processing unit than OnePlus Pad 2, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. The OnePlus Pad 2 takes way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a back camera with much more MP and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

The OnePlus Pad 2 features a very superior battery life than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a 107 percent greater battery size.
