The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has an overall score of 58.8, which is a bit better than OnePlus Pad 2's global score of 58.4. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has the older 4.0 version while OnePlus Pad 2 has Android 14 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE is a noticeably older and noticeably thicker tablet device than the OnePlus Pad 2, but Samsung was able to build it notably lighter anyway.

OnePlus Pad 2 has a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a lot greater pixels density, a much better 2120 x 3000 resolution and a way larger screen. OnePlus Pad 2 features a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has 112 GB more internal storage.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with a much greater hardware performance than OnePlus Pad 2, although it has less processing cores. OnePlus Pad 2 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a 9510mAh battery capacity. OnePlus Pad 2 captures way better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
