The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is way better than the OSCAL Pad 10, with a 75.8 score against 57.3. These tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has newer 4.4.2 version while OSCAL Pad 10 has Android 12, providing the user a couple additional features and better performance. Even though Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is way older and a little bit heavier than OSCAL Pad 10, it's body is still somewhat thinner.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a way better performance than OSCAL Pad 10, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and 4 less cores , it also counts with a graphics processor.

The OSCAL Pad 10 counts with a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because it has 96 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1 TB.
