Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a global score of 68.3, which is better than the OSCAL Pad 10's score of 57.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018)'s construction has the same thickness than OSCAL Pad 10, but it is notably lighter. These tablets use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while OSCAL Pad 10 has Android 12.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) features a bit more vivid display than OSCAL Pad 10, although it has a lot smaller display, a lot worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a just a little lower pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) features a very superior performance than OSCAL Pad 10, although it has less RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster).
