Comparison review
IPad 4 is a lot better than OSCAL Pad 13, having a 70.8 score against 57.3. The iPad 4 works with iOS 7.x OS, and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 OS. The iPad 4 is a somewhat thicker and much heavier tablet device than the OSCAL Pad 13. IPad 4 has a lot better performance than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
Apple iPad 4 has a lot better screen than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a just a little better pixels amount per inch of screen. Apple iPad 4 shoots better pictures and videos than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a camera with much less mega-pixels resolution.
OSCAL Pad 13 has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Apple iPad 4, because it has more internal storage and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The OSCAL Pad 13 features a superior battery lifetime than Apple iPad 4.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OSCAL Pad 13. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the OSCAL Pad 13, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
