The Asus VivoTab Smart has a score of 58.7, which is slightly better than the OSCAL Pad 13's overall score of 57.3. Asus VivoTab Smart counts with Windows 8 operating system, and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 operating system. The Asus VivoTab Smart is a notably thicker and extremely heavier portable tablet than the OSCAL Pad 13.

Asus VivoTab Smart has a much greater performance than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has 6 GB lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional GPU. The Asus VivoTab Smart features a bit sharper screen than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a lot lower resolution of 768 x 1366, a way lower quantity of pixels in each inch in the display and a little bit smaller screen.

OSCAL Pad 13 features a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Asus VivoTab Smart, because it has 192 GB more internal memory. The OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Asus VivoTab Smart. The Asus VivoTab Smart shoots a bit better photographs and videos than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a camera in the back with a way worse 8 MP resolution.

Although Asus VivoTab Smart is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the OSCAL Pad 13. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Asus VivoTab Smart, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the OSCAL Pad 13, giving up a couple specs and features.
