The HTC Flyer is a bit better than OSCAL Pad 13, having a 58.7 score against 57.3. Although the HTC Flyer is incredibly older and extremely thicker than OSCAL Pad 13, it's body is still just a bit lighter. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but HTC Flyer has the previous 3.2 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version.
The HTC Flyer has a slightly better screen than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a just a little inferior pixel count per inch in the screen, a much lower resolution of 600 x 1024 and a much smaller screen. The HTC Flyer features a much better performing CPU than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has an inferior number of cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with a GPU.
OSCAL Pad 13 features a much greater storage to store more games and applications than HTC Flyer, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage. The OSCAL Pad 13 has a way better battery performance than HTC Flyer, because it has a 92% greater battery size.
OSCAL Pad 13 has a bit better camera than HTC Flyer, because it has a way higher 13 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OSCAL Pad 13. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the HTC Flyer, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the OSCAL Pad 13, letting go a couple features and specs.
