Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is slightly better than the OSCAL Pad 13, getting a overall score of 62.7 against 57.3. Both tablets we are comparing include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has the previous 4.0 version and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 body is noticeably older, way thicker and noticeably heavier than the OSCAL Pad 13.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a way better processing power than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and 6 less processing cores , it also counts with a graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a little bit better looking display than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a much lower pixels count per screen inch, a little smaller screen and a lot lower 800 x 1280 resolution.

OSCAL Pad 13 features a superior memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. The OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a 10 percent larger battery size.

OSCAL Pad 13 has a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a back camera with lot more mega-pixels.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OSCAL Pad 13. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the OSCAL Pad 13, resigning some features and specifications.
