The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has an overall score of 61.4, which is just a bit better than the OSCAL Pad 13's 57.3 score. Although it's the best tablet we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a notably older, a lot thicker and notably heavier tablet than OSCAL Pad 13.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OSCAL Pad 13. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the OSCAL Pad 13, giving up a couple specs and features.
