The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is much better than OSCAL Pad 13, with a score of 68.3 against 57.3. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has the newer 8.1 Oreo version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version, providing you some nice extra features and increased performance. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) body is somewhat lighter than the OSCAL Pad 13, although it is thicker and was released many years before.
