The Samsung Galaxy Tab is slightly better than OSCAL Pad 13, having a global score of 58.6 against 57.3. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab has a newer 2.3.3 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12, counting with a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.
