IPad mini 4 is much better than OSCAL Pad 15, having a score of 75.6 against 64.4. IPad mini 4 is a notably lighter and way thinner tablet device than OSCAL Pad 15. IPad mini 4 has iOS 9.x OS, and OSCAL Pad 15 counts with Android 13 OS.
