The OSCAL Pad 15 has a global score of 64.4, which is a bit better than Asus Fonepad Note 6's 58.7 score. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but OSCAL Pad 15 has the newer 13 version while Asus Fonepad Note 6 has Android 4.4.
