Blackview Active 8 Pro has a general score of 71, which is better than the OSCAL Pad 15's score of 64.4. Blackview Active 8 Pro's design is incredibly heavier and thicker than OSCAL Pad 15. These devices come with the same Android 13 operating system, so both of them should provide identical operating system features.
