The OSCAL Pad 15 has a score of 64.4, which is slightly better than HTC Flyer's overall score of 58.7. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the OSCAL Pad 15 has newer 13 version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version.
