Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is much better than OSCAL Pad 15, getting a global score of 73.3 against 64.4. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while OSCAL Pad 15 has Android 13 version, giving you some additional features and performance tweaks. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's construction has the same thickness than OSCAL Pad 15, but it is just a bit heavier.
