Comparison review
OSCAL Spider 8 has a global score of 64.4, which is just a bit better than the HTC Flyer's global score of 58.7. These devices include Android OS, but the OSCAL Spider 8 has a newer 13 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2, so it offers some nice extra features. OSCAL Spider 8's design is a lot newer than the HTC Flyer's, but it is incredibly heavier and thicker.
OSCAL Spider 8 counts with a better performance than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with 7 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores (and also faster). The OSCAL Spider 8 features a little bit better display than HTC Flyer, because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a really bigger screen.
The OSCAL Spider 8 features a little bit better camera than HTC Flyer, because it has a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels. OSCAL Spider 8 has a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC Flyer, because it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1 TB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
OSCAL Spider 8 has a way better battery lifetime than HTC Flyer, because it has a 225 percent bigger battery size.
