Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a little bit better than OSCAL Spider 8, getting a global score of 68.3 against 64.4. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018)'s construction is notably lighter and thinner than OSCAL Spider 8, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. These tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while OSCAL Spider 8 has Android 13 version, so it provides a couple additional features and optimized performance.
OSCAL Spider 8 has a superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and a larger amount of RAM. OSCAL Spider 8 features a sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a just a bit higher display pixels density, a larger screen and a way better 1200 x 1920px resolution.
The OSCAL Spider 8 features a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1 TB and 128 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) captures much clearer pictures and videos than OSCAL Spider 8, although it has a camera with much less mega pixels resolution.
OSCAL Spider 8 has a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has 13000mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
